Exhaust flexible pipe

We have four types of exhaust hoses, basic, with inner mesh cover, with expansion joint, and with pipe
They all have excellent flexibility, high temperature resistance, anti-distortion, shock and noise reduction, etc., and are widely used in high-temperature exhaust gas emission systems in automobiles, industrial boilers, generator sets, welding operations, etc.
Internal network sleeves, card sleeves, expansion joints, flower nets, takeovers, etc. can be added according to customer requirements, for example:
Base is usually used in markets with relatively low prices, such as Africa and some American customers.
With Inner Braid is based on Base and adds an internal network cover.
With Interlock is based on Base with the addition of expansion joints.
With Nipple is based on Base and adds takeover.

The raw material of bellows is steel strip, and the materials are divided into SS304 and SS201;
SS304 is mostly used for matching, with a thickness of 0.2mm. It is mostly used in markets with higher material requirements such as Europe;
SS201 is mainly used for after-sales. The thickness is usually 0.25mm, but can also be 0.3/0.35mm.
The material of the mesh cover is steel wire, which is also available in SS304 and SS201.

Welding, inspection and packaging, shipment

Mainly manual welding, but it is difficult to fully inspect products with air leakage, so random inspections can be carried out.

According to customer needs, sometimes the nozzle needs to be slotted, and the size of the slot needs to be confirmed with the customer. Conventional nozzles do not have slots.

According to customer needs, engraving is sometimes required. The default is laser engraving. When the area that can be engraving is small, if there is a takeover, it is recommended that the customer engrave on the takeover.

If it is for after-sales use, the finished product needs to be polished after completion, and then laser engraving (the product is polished by default).

The packaging is OPP bags, one corrugated tube per bag, usually 20/25 pieces per box, MOQ is 200-300 pieces, and the minimum requirement is boxes (50-100 pieces).
